People tend to think that good singers make good teachers or, even worse, that good pianists can give vocal lessons because it's not uncommon for them to help a singer vocalize. However, the vocal instrument is completely different from any other because it lacks any visual cue to aid you in its correct use. When you sing, there are no strings or keys you can actually see and, therefore, the proper technique can prove to be elusive at times because we singers must rely on sensations. You want to make sure you have a vocal coach that can guide you through the sometimes overwhelming trial and error phase of looking for the right technique through your instrument's sensations while protecting the most precious thing you as a singer possess: your confidence. To this end, Solene is simply as good as it gets!
